Products and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable tax and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Please check the selected pattern, size, quantity and delivery address before placing your order. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and prints may vary between materials.

Availability is limited to the stock shown. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable items. If we identify a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling for a refund.

Offers

The Doggie Style Set offer gives 10% off the product subtotal when you buy three or more items in one order. It applies automatically at checkout and cannot combine with other discount offers. Free standard UK delivery applies when the order value after discounts is at least £40. Check the final total before paying.

Delivery and returns

Accessory care and fit

Grooming appointments and enquiries

Grooming appointments are arranged directly with the parlour and are separate from accessory orders. For questions or complaints about an online order, email us with your order number so we can help.
